Effects of Rare-Rarth Element on Synthesis of MoSi₂

Abstract

The effects of rare-earth element on mechanical alloing,sinteriing and mechanical property have been investigated.Its results show that the density,hardness and toughness of the MoSi₂ have been improved by Re additives.
