EXAMPLE OF DESIGN OF FLOATABLE AND WITHDRAW TYPE DIE INCLUDING CAVITY DIE, CORE ROD AND DIE SLEEVE
The design of die carrier and die for compacting multiple-stages P/M structural parts by using 125t P/M hydraulic press has been discussed. The paper has briefly explained that the difficulties in controlling the density and axial hight of compacts can be surmounted by mechanical positioning mode.
