  • The paper has introduced a developed process for new type of electrode materials by adding rare-earth oxides including W-La, W-Y, W-Ce and W-Zr and given out its main technological parameters and the results of electric properties measured. It has been concluded by analyzing structures and properties that Y2O3 has the most obvious roles in fining alloyed powder and grain size of sintered alloys. The properties by adding W4O11 in matrix are superior than that by adding WO3 in matrix. Furthermore, it has been known by the comparison of electrode materials that WLa15 has best properties among several electrode materials studied.
