GRASP OPPORTUNITY AND PROMOTE DEVELOPMENT, TO VITALIZE P/M MECHANICAL PART INDUSTRY IN OUR COUNTRY——SOME OF VIEWS ON PROFESSIONAL MANAGEMENT

The present paper has pointed out that in our country P/M mechanical part industry has been developed to a new step and the levels of professional technology and equipment and products have been obviously improved. In recent 10 years, the net value of personnel productivity index has been increased by 4 times and the average profit and tax index per person has been annually raised by more than 5 times with a result of gradual formation of large commercaal scale. The development in metal powder production and special purpose equipments provide the advantageous conditions for the prosperity of P/M mechanical part industry. The development in automobile industry also serves as main impetus to it. Some of suggestions are given for how to grasp opportunity for the thriving of P/M mechanical part industry in our country.
