FACT ORS EFFECTING ON QUALITIES OF INTEGRAL P/M COPPER-TUNGSTEN ALLOY CONTACTORS

The present paper describes the effects of chemical compositions of Cu-W alloys, particle sizes of tungsten powder and its distribution, macrohardness,densities, microstructure and defects etc, on the properties of P/M copper-tungsten alloy contactors. The analyses of microstructure is one of the important methods for controlling and evaluating the qualities of copper-tungsten alloy contactors。
