Abstract
Compatibility, homogeneity and mechanical properties, etc. of assintered specimens made from partially diffusion-alloying powders of Fe-1.5 Cu-2 Ni, Fe-7 MC and Fe-2 Cu-0.6 P(mixed with carbon respectively) have been studied. It demonstrates that partially diffusion-alloying powders possess superior compactibility as well as sintering homogeneity. After sintering distribution of copper, molybdenun and phosphorus etc. elements was very homogeneous. The strength of above three as-sintered materials is 500、600 and 700 N/mm2 respectively. MC is iron-base master alloy containing Mo, Cr and C.
