WC-nickel base self-fluxing alloy agglomerates and their composition process and properties were studied in this paper. This powder agglomerates can be used in the oxyacetylene flame spray-welding and the plasma transferred are welding. The agglomerates have a good spray-welding property and the spray-welding deposit has excellent abrasion resistance and corrosion resistance. The abrasion resistance to abrosives is influenced by the interparticle spacing of WC.
