A NEW TYPE OF CONTACT MATERIAL FOR VACUUM CONDITION-SINTERED Cr-Cu SERIES AllOYS

The successful development of Cr-Cu series alloys is a remarkable progress in contact materials in recent years. The reason for exploitation of Cr-Cu series was discussed in view of the advantages and developments of vacuum swith, the technical vequirements and principles for rhc selection of vacuum contact materials. Various P/N technological processes used for producing Cr-Cu series contacts, merits and demerits of the processes and the factors of affecting the properties of Cr-Cu series contacts were described in detail.
