  • It is a promising technology to manufacture P/M die with complex and irregular shape by wire cutting process controlled by computer. Its advantages are as follows:short processing cycle,precision dimension, saving material, and equipment and better economic efficiency. In this article, the advantages of wire cutting process are affirmed by the comparison between electro maching and wire cutting process in the case of manufacturing inner and outer rotor P/M die.
