METAL INJECTION MOLDING OF STAINLESS STEELS

In this paper, the manufacturing technology and performance of MIM stainless steels were reviewed. The production technology used to make MIM stainless steel powders and the binder-system based on water soluble binder or catalytic debinding system and properties of MIM 316L, 304L, 17-4PH stainless steels were described.
