STUDY ON PLASMA SPRAY WELDING STEEL-BONDED CARBIDE

Technology and Processing conditions of plasma spray welding by using steel-bonded carbide and the structure and wear resistance of welding layer have been studied. Furthermore, the practical investigation on machining tools were conducted. The results have shown that the surface of plasma spray welding by using steel-bonded carbide exhibits high anti-friction and wear-resistance properties and the service life has greatly improved.
