DEVELOPMENT IN HIGH POROSITY METAL MATERIALS

The present status and the development trend of high porosity metal materials were described in this paper. The processes of making porous materials composed of metallic fibres and foamed metals were briefly introduced. The properties and applications of high porosity materials made by different process were emphatically introduced.
