A STUDY OF COBALT PHASE IN Co-W-C SYSTEM ALLOYS

  • 摘要: 本文对Co—WC合金中的WC在Co中的溶解度、Co的变体、磁性能、晶格参数、机械性能和腐蚀性能进行了研究。结果表明,WC在Co中的溶解度随温度的降低而降低。通过磁性能和晶格参数的测定,可以表征钴相的状态,确定WC在Co中的溶解极限。钴相的机械和腐蚀性能受溶入其内的钨和碳化物的含量的影响。阻止α-Co→ε-Co转变对提高材料的寿命具有重要的意义。

     

    Abstract: An investigation on solubility of WC in cobalt. cobalt modification and its magnetic properties, lattice parameters, mechanical and corrosive properties has been made in the present paper,The results show that the solubility of WC in cobalt phase decreases with the decrease of temperature. The Cobalt phase state can be precisely characterized and the solubility of WC in cobalt phase can also be determined by testing the magnetic properties and the lattice parameters of cobalt. The mechanical and corrosive properties of cobalt phase are affected by the contents of both tungsten and carbides soluted in cobalt. It is of great significance preventet het ransition from α-Co to ε-Co in order to prolong the performance durability of materials.
