高压氮气中自蔓延燃烧合成氮化铝及其显微结构

Study of Microgragh of AIN Synthesized by SHS Method in High Pressure Nitrogen gas

  • 摘要: 在高压下,利用自蔓延燃烧合成(SHS)技术制备AlN。合成产物中出现了许多显微结构,包括团聚结构、非团聚、珊瑚状结构、AlN晶须和AlN棒晶,对它们进行了分析,并对AlN晶须和AlN棒晶的形成机制进行了研究。

     

    Abstract: Alluminum nitride(AlN) has been prepared by self-propagating high temperature(combustion)systhesis(SHS).The morphologies of combustion products including agglomerative,nonagglomerative,coralline products are studied briefly.The production mechanism of AlN whisker and AlN stick crystal has also been discussed.
