摘要: 本文研究了扩散温度和扩散时间对部分合金化青铜粉末烧结性能的影响。实验结果表明,随着扩散温度的提高和扩散时间的延长,坯块尺寸变化率由正值向负值转变。通过优化扩散工艺可以得到尺寸变化极小的部分合金化粉末。Abstract: The paper has studied the influence of diffusion temperature and time on the sintering property of panical-alloyed bronze powder. Sintering expansion transforms gradually into shrinkage withincreasing temperature and time. Panical-alloyed powders which compacts have little size change canbe obtained by optimizing diffusion process.
