孔隙在粉末冶金铁基材料磨损中的作用

ROLE OF PORES ON WEAR OF P/M IRON BASED MATERIALS

  • 摘要: 采用销盘型磨损试验研究了Fe-3Cr-2Ni-2Cu-0.8C-3WC烧结钢密度对其磨损率的影响;通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)的磨损表面形貌观察,分析讨论了孔隙在室温,500℃条件下磨损过程中的作用。结果表明,密度对室温磨损影响较大,密度提高则磨损减小;密度对高温磨损率影响不大,磨损以混合机制发生。

     

    Abstract: Influence of the density of Fe-3Cr-2Ni-2Cu-0.8C-3WC sintered steel on its wear rate has been studied by using pin-disk type wearing test. The morphology of wearing sruface hat been surveyed by SEM. The role of pores on wearing process under the conditions of room temperature and 500℃ has been analyzed.
