Investigation on corosion resistance of alloy produced by SHS centrifugal process

摘要: 利用SHS-离心法制备铁-铬-镍合金内衬复合钢管,系统研究内衬层的耐蚀性能。结果表明,含碳量较低的SHS耐蚀合金在硫酸中的耐蚀性优于lCr18Ni9不锈钢,具有优异的抗点蚀和抗均匀腐蚀性能,但抗晶间腐蚀性能较差,也不耐盐酸腐蚀。Abstract: The products of SHS centrifugal process which has high reaction velocity and large amount of exothermic heat show oblique properties. The Fe-Cr-Ni alloy lined composite pipes have been produced by the SHS centrifugal process and the corrosion resistance of the Fe-Cr-Ni alloy have been studied.
