离心雾化法制取快速凝固Al-Si合金粉末的研究

A STUDY OF RAPIDLY SOLIDIFICATED A1-Si ALLOY POWDER MADE BY CENTRIFUGAL ATOMIZATION PROCESS

  • 摘要: 采用自行研制的离心雾化装置,制取了快速凝固Al-Si合金粉末。对影响合金粉末颗粒形状和粒度分布的工艺参数进行了较为详细的分析。结果表明,起始雾化温度、雾化盘转速等对粉末颗粒形状和粒度分布有较大的影响。当起始雾化温度为780℃、雾化盘转速为36000 r/min时,合金B粉末颗粒有较规则的形状和较好的粒度分布;其显微组织主要表现为α固溶体加细小的共晶组织,并且随粉末粒度的减小及冷速的增大,α固溶体中的含Si量随之增加。

     

    Abstract: Rapidly solidificated Al-Si alloy powder has been manufactured by using self-made centrifugal atomization apparatus. Detail analysis of technological parameters influencing particle shape and distribution of alloy powder has been made. Results show that initial atomizing temperature and disc rotating speed have great effects on particle shape and particle size distribution. In case of an initial temperature of 780℃ and a disc rotating speed of 36000r/min, alloy B powder exhibits more regular shape and better distribution with solid solution and fine eutectic structure. Furthermore, the Si contents in solid solution increase with the decrease of particle size and the increase of cooling speed.
