SHS-离心法陶瓷复合钢管的表面质量提高

MPROVMENT IN THE SURFACE QUALITY OF THE CERAMIC LINED STEEL PIPE MADE BY SHS-CENTRIFUGAL PROCESS

  • 摘要: 随着SHS-离心法陶瓷复合钢管的推广应用,对其动态输送性能提出了更高的要求。本文通过添加适当的添加剂,对提高陶瓷复合钢管的表面质量作了研究。结果表明:单独加入CaF2(质量分数)2%时对改善陶瓷表面质量有较好效果,但同时加入3%CaF2和2%SiO2时陶瓷表面质量最好。
