  • 摘要: 电动工具用粉末冶金手紧丝母,用于手紧钻夹头中,需求量非常大。手紧丝母外形较复杂,与研发人员共同分析成形过程中可能出现的各种问题,提出不同的成形方案。成形上部做两种结构模冲,一种是做一个上冲,以简化模具,另一种是上外冲和上内冲,在倒角处分开,以解决上冲可能受侧向压力开裂的问题。分析手紧丝母下部模具设计方案,合理解决因成形下冲壁厚较薄,易损坏问题。结合三维设计软件,设计出合理的模具,以实现对其精度、密度、尺寸和性能要求,达到降低成本,提高生产效率。

The shape of the hand tight nuts is complicated, and the research and development personnel jointly analyze the various problems that may occur in the forming process, and put forward different forming schemes. The upper part of the forming is made of two structural die punching, one is to make an upper punch to simplify the mold, the other is the upper outside punch and the upper inside punch, which is split at the chamfering Angle to solve the problem that the upper punch may be cracked by lateral pressure. The mold design scheme of the lower part of the hand tight nuts masterbatch is analyzed, and the problem of easy damage due to the thin punching wall under forming is reasonably solved. Combined with 3D design software, a reasonable mold is designed to meet the requirements of accuracy, density, size and performance, to reduce costs and improve production efficiency.
