Fe-Al2O3复合材料工艺参数的研究

STUDY ON TECHNOLOGICAL PARAMETERS OF SINTERED Fe-Al2O3 COMPOSITE MATERIALS

  • 摘要: 研究了烧结温度、时间、气氛、弥散相粒度及含量等工艺参数对Fe-Al2O3复合材料的密度、硬度及抗拉强度的影响。结果表明,一定的弥散相含量对应有其最佳的烧结温度。烧结时间达一定值后,继续增加烧结时间对烧结无显著影响。减少弥散相粒度和使用纯氢保护,有利于烧结过程的致密化和产品性能的提高。

     

    Abstract: The paper has studied the influences of sintering temperature, time and atmosphere, particle size of dispersion phase and its content and other technological parameters on the density, hardness and tensile property of Fe-Al2O3 composite materials. The results have pointed out that ofter a given content of dispersion phase has reached a given value for optimum sintering temperature and sintering time required, it will have no obvious effects on sintering. Decreasing the particle size of dispersion phase and using pure hydrogen as sintering atmosphere can be advantageous to the densification during sintering and make on improvement of properties of products.
