空心阴极等离子烧结功率输出特性研究
POWER CHARACTERISTIC OF PLASMA SINTERING BY HOLLOW CATHOD DISCHARGE

摘要: 提出一种空心阴极放电等离子烧结方法,并对该种工艺过程中的加热功率特性进行了试验研究。结果表明,放电加热功率的大小与空腔尺寸、放电电压和工作气压有关。在满足空心阴极效应的条件下,空腔尺寸越小,放电电压和工作气压越高,加热功率越大。Abstract: A method of plasma sintering by Hollow Cathod Discharge(HCD) was given in this paper and the heating power characteristic was investigated. The results show that power of discharge is related to the dimension of cavity, the voltage of discharge and the pressure of work gas. Under the condition of meeting HCD effect, the smaller the dimension of cavityis aud the pressure of work gas, the higher the discharge voltage.
