  • The gradient cemented carbide was studied by correcting-carbon-sintering process. Its keys are the degree of carbon of the formula and the parameters of the correcting-carbon-sintering. The surface of gradient cemented carbide is high hardness and good wear resistance, the interior is high strength and good impact toughness. Its σ bb and wear resistance increases 5.5%,25.6% than homogeneous cemented carbide respectively.
