TEM OBSERVATION ON MICROSTRUCTURE OF RAPIDLY SOLIDIFIED Al-Fe-V-Si-Zr-Ti ALLOY POWDERS

摘要: 以Al-Fe-V-Si和Al-(Zr,Ti,V)两个合金系为基础,组成了Al-Fe-V-Si-Zr-Ti合金。对超声气体雾化快速凝固Al-Fe-V-Si-Zr-Ti合金粉末中小于61μm的粉末进行了研究,在小于40 μm的粉末中有两种类型的由球状相和胞晶组成的组织,在50~61μm的粉末中,某些区域有片状组织存在。对析出相研究表明,在小于61μm的粉末中只有Al12(Fe,V)3Si和Al3(Zr,Ti,V)两种析出相,新合金达到了预期设计目标Abstract: A new Al-Fe-V-Si-Zr-Ti alloy is designed based on the aluminum alloys of Al-Fe-V-Si and Al-(Zr,Ti,V) systems. The ultrasonic gas atomized powders below 61 μm have been investigated by TEM. There are two types of spherical phases and cellular structure found in the powders below 40 μm. The lamellar structure could be observed in the powders from 50 to 61 μm. The microstructures of the powder particles below 61μm consist mainly of Al12 (Fe,V)3Si and Al3(Zr,Ti,V) dispersoids and a small amount of lamellar structure.
