COMPOUND PROCESS OF GLOW DISCHARGE SINTERING AND METAL PERMEATING of Nd-Fe-B ALLOY

  • The sintering and the surface metal permeating of Nd-Fe-B alloy can be finished in one process by double-layer glowing cathode at the same time of finishing the product's sintering, a cerium thick layer of diffusion alloy which improves and increases the surface properties, has been formed on the surface of product. The rate of metal permeating has increased by about 10 times compared with the ordinary steels.
